I think it has nothing to do with this show. The show indicated 云南白药气血康独家冠名, meaning they are the main sponsor and co-sponsor is 富滇银行 etc. Furthermore, this show recording was done at Beijing. It could be part of the strategy to engage their service to get more performing opportunities for Panmei in Yunnan and at the same time in-line with this show on air.
